So what I'm giving to you all tonight is a quick and easy (somewhat healthy and vegan, shhhh!) recipe for some peanut & almond butter cups. It's in the video, which means you have to listen to me talking for a bit, but it's a small price to pay for an amazing recipe. At least I think so...
Here's the video! If the thumbnail is really ugly, because for some reason YouTube gives the worst video thumbnail selections, just erase the image from your mind. ;) I also spelled "muffin" wrong, and just noticed... Darn!
Just a note: I used unsweetened Baker's chocolate here, because that's what I happened to have on hand. (There's no dairy or sugar.) If you're not the type to enjoy really dark chocolate, you can use any type that you like. You can even use carob chips. (I've made these before with those, and they're just amazing...)
