Yay! Plyometrics is now done!
I was considering adding in some Yoga, but I need to be up at 5am to tomorrow's workout and need a good night sleep.
The only thing I don't like about plyo is how much jumping around there is. I know it's great for your heart rate, but if you have problems with your knees it can be quite uncomfortable.
I've always found that if I modify exercises, or add in different similar ones that work the same muscle groups, I don't miss out at all.
Anyways, that's all for now. Time for bed!
