Tomorrow I'm starting Week 4, yay! :)
I can't find my little week check-off sheet for Week 3, or any of the weeks for that matter, so I have to take some time and actually search through some computer files. How fun! If I can't find it, maybe I can't do my P90X workouts... *cough*

Well, I found it. Looks like I have to actually do week 4, and don't have an excuse! ;)
So tomorrow is YOGA X! I'm genuinely excited for this, as I could use a good yoga session. This is sort of a "rest week", but don't be fooled: there is NO rest in P90X.
I took a bit of time completing week 3, and I'm a bit bummed about it, but that's fine. Sometimes to reach our goals, it takes us a little bit longer. We have to do it at our own pace, and do what works for us, otherwise we won't get anywhere near those goals.
So I guess my final reflection after week 3 is to not be too hard on myself if I don't immediately get what I want. Reaching goals takes work, determination, and motivation. Keep on keeping on, or something to that extent. This is a common reflection in my mind, because I seem to be extra hard on myself sometimes.
Sometimes, I don't really know how to end my blog entries even though I've been blogging for a while. So I think that for this entry I'm just going to say one last thing about
