I've been trying to keep most of my diet raw lately, so I've been looking into raw protein powders. Today I originally set out to get some spirulina, but for some reason couldn't find it at 3 different health stores. So I settled on some raw hemp protein powder! :)
This was my first time using it, and I've got to say that the brand I purchased (see picture below) is great!
I also decided to pick up a little treat today: some vanilla bean powder!
So today's tasty little smoothie is simple, light, and packed with deliciousness!
Banana Hemp Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
•1 frozen banana
•1 cup of cold water
• 3-4 tbsp raw hemp protein powder
• 2 tsp vanilla powder
Method:
• Blend, and enjoy! :)
