In amongst my rambling in the video, there's a killer recipe for a breakfast smoothie. I've also posted the ingredient list below the video. So click play, blend together, and enjoy! :) I'm off to the gym now.

Go-To Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 scoop Vega Chocolate Performance Protein Powder
- (not mentioned in the video: 1 scoop chocolate greens super food)
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp hearts
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter
Method:
- Blend all, and drink!
