Today's Smoothie - Go-To Breakfast Smoothie!

Alright folks, it's been a while. School is now over, and I'm on the job-hunt. This takes a lot of time, but also leaves me with a bunch of free time... So here's a post, and a video! :) Excuse the hair and minimal video editing, I literally just woke up when I made this video. In the mornings, I am not that functional... That's okay though. ;)
In amongst my rambling in the video, there's a killer recipe for a breakfast smoothie. I've also posted the ingredient list below the video. So click play, blend together, and enjoy! :) I'm off to the gym now.

Let's just ignore the fact that the thumbnail for this YouTube video is horrible. :) 



Go-To Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 scoop Vega Chocolate Performance Protein Powder
  • (not mentioned in the video: 1 scoop chocolate greens super food)
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp maca 
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter
Method
  • Blend all, and drink!
