- Wake up to some Yoga - gotta stretch out these muscles!!!
- Hit up the punching bag for 45 - 60 minutes (1 minute breaks of planks, jumping jacks, and possibly "burpees" --those look horrible, but I want to try them.)
- P90X "Legs & Back"
- Cleaning the apartment. I know, that's not really a workout routine, but if you saw my apartment right now, you'd classify it as a full body workout.
Ok, so just thinking about tomorrow's workout, I think I'm ready to sleep now. I'm tired, and it's after 3am here in Toronto.
