Today's Smoothie - Pre-Workout Energizer!

Yum! I need this boost today... It's pretty thick, almost like a meal, so if you drink this before a workout - make sure to give yourself a bit of time before getting started... ;)

Pre-Workout Energizer Smoothie!
Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop/package Vega Energizing "Choc-A-Lot" Smoothie (YUM!)
Method
  • Blend all together, drink, and enjoy! :)
