I took a second boxing class today, and I'm convinced that I enjoy it! It's a killer workout, makes me sweat like nothing else, and I'm in pain afterwards. (Good pain, of course...)
Yesterday, I did another 20 km on my bike.
Instead of going on about all of that, I'm going to post about my smoothie for today. It was AMAZING! I don't really know what to call it, because it's kind of like a chocolate chip coconut banana cream pie... I'll just name it "Amazing Pie". Enjoy! :)
Today's Smoothie: Amazing Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 10-14 almonds
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (I used Vega vanilla performance protein, as usual!)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (reserve about 1/4 tsp to sprinkle on top, because it's pretty...)
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
Method:
- Blend it! Drink it! Love it...!
