P90X - Week 3 Do-Over

I'm not going to go into it, so I'll just leave it at I got lazy and made one too many excuses to allow myself to slip up.
Here's my second go at Week 3! To keep myself motivated, and now that I'm feeling more "into" making fitness part of my daily schedule again, I'll also be adding in some gym sessions on top of the workouts.

It's a big sacrifice of time, especially when 10 hours of your day is devoted to work plus commuting to work, but it's worth it.
I've found that when I go a few days without working out, I feel horrible in every way. Physically, mentally, and even emotionally. My sleep is off, and my diet has more "cheats" than I'd like to admit. I find that when I miss a workout, I'm more likely to allow myself less healthy food options because "that day is a write-off".

I've also decided to become more committed to keeping a very high majority of my diet raw. I'm not quite into the whole 80/10/10 thing, but I'll be getting pretty close to that. (Actually, this is something I want to do some more research on... If anyone reads this and has some good info on it - pass it along in the comments!)

Anyways, here's my re-do of week 3, day 1! Time for bed now...
