Week 2 - Finishing It Up...

Tonight is going to be a toughie. It really is. I'm about to "press play" on two videos: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X, and Kenpo X.
Tomorrow morning before work I will be pressing play on Yoga X.

[This weekend was a write-off for me, so I'm playing catch-up. I could potentially just do one workout tonight, and set myself back a few days, but then it wouldn't actually be 90 days total at the end...]

Tomorrow after work, I'll be starting day 1 of week 3 (Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X).

Tonight is going to be painful, so wish me luck! I'll be updating with the little green check marks once I'm done for the night! ...Which should be around 11. *le sigh*

Lesson learned: don't get lazy, and don't use excuses to miss a workout - otherwise you need to work twice (or three times) as hard as you normally would.
