Well Week 2 isn't quite working out the way I wanted it to. I got sick this week, and could barely keep anything I ate down. I even took a sick day from work today because I was running a fever, was dizzy, and my tummy still wasn't appreciating anything I put inside of it.
I'm feeling a bit better since this morning, and I wanted to work through one of them tonight, Kenpo X, even though I didn't trust my body at the moment.
I really wanted to start Week 3 today, but I think I have to postpone it by a couple of days from my original plan, and start it tomorrow after work. As tempted as I was today to push through feeling sick - I already know that can set me back even further than just taking a couple of days to do it slowly and properly. As Tony says, "be good to your body, and your body will be good to you!"
With Kenpo X checked off my list, I'll hit the hay shortly so that I get enough sleep to have time for Yoga X in the morning!
This chickie is signing off for some much needed sleep now... Zzzzzz.....
