Well here it is folks: I'm into Week 5!
One happy thing to report is that I'm noticing some new definition, and have gone from 136 lbs (weight on day 1 which was 6 weeks ago), down to 129 lbs. I've been eating 90% healthy (some treats and slip ups, I'm only human), and had to restart one of my weeks because I bombed it.
I'm pretty content though, but I know that the potential for more definition right now is there. I find it really hard (especially with having a dog at home) to make it to the gym after work to add in some extra "umph" to my routine, but I do plan on adding in at least 2 days a week now.
I do feel positive now, and can see that if I keep the momentum up, I'll be making it to day 90 with results that I'm beyond happy with.
