Lemon Water - Drink It Up!

I really like to have a glass of lemon water in the morning before eating anything, and most days I'll add in a heaping spoonful of cayenne pepper, turmeric, and some coconut nectar to give myself that little "metabolism boost".  (Plus, it tastes like a Caesar, and who doesn't love a Caesar first thing in the morning?! Virgin, of course...)

In light of this, I was about to start putting together a post about the benefits of drinking lemon water... But when I started to do my research to find the best information, I came across the Tasty Yummies blog that had the perfect post!
